The Opportunity We’re looking for a founding Community Builder to spark and scale a movement around Chaotix AI. This is a high-agency role for someone who lives online, breathes teen internet culture, and thrives on building joyful, participatory digital spaces. You’ll create the heartbeat of our user base—from Discord vibes to in-app interactions. If you can turn users into superfans, events into movements, and content into culture, we want you building with us. What You’ll Lead - Community Culture: Build and moderate a creative, inclusive, and global community of teen creators - Feedback Loop: Bridge user feedback with product insights to shape what we build - Events & Campaigns: Host workshops, game jams, AMAs, and interactive sessions that feel fresh and fun - Content & Vibes: Curate memes, guides, tutorials, and surprises that spark engagement - Platform Ownership: Lead community presence across Discord, WhatsApp, and emerging teen-first platforms You Might Be a Fit If You… - Think Like a Host: You know how to gather people, build momentum, and keep things fun and inclusive - Speak Teen: You’re plugged into Gen Z humor, trends, games, and digital behavior - Create & Curate: You’re a content machine with taste—memes, prompts, or just great vibes - Have Community Chops: You’ve built or scaled communities before, ideally around gaming or creative tools - Are Startup-Native: You move fast, wear multiple hats, and care deeply about early users Why This Role is Special - You’ll help define the culture of a product used by the next generation of creators - You’ll shape how teens experience creativity, connection, and self-expression online - You’ll work flexibly (full-time, part-time, or freelance) with a high-trust, high-impact team - You’ll join at the zero-to-one stage—when every post, ping, and event truly matters
